A Day of Black Resilience in Colorado: Five Years Strong

This year marked a powerful milestone for the BRIC Fund as community leaders, innovators, and creators gathered to honor five years of Black resilience, leadership, respect, and growth in Colorado. The anniversary luncheon was more than an event—it was a celebration of identity, creativity, wellness, and collective strength.

The BRIC Fund has continued to serve as a cornerstone of empowerment, supporting Black-led organizations and community initiatives that are building sustainable futures. For half a decade, BRIC has poured into our neighborhoods, invested in our dreams, and reminded us that when we lead, we thrive.

The celebration luncheon brought together a room filled with visionaries and changemakers, uplifting the theme of resilience and acknowledging the cultural excellence that continues to move our community forward.

A special highlight of the afternoon included appearances and features from Anthony Anderson and Dallas Jackson, whose presence added joy, inspiration, and meaningful dialogue around creativity and impact. Their stories reminded us that resilience is not just about overcoming—it’s about continuing to rise, build, and create in our own image.

As we look back on five years of dedicated work, and look ahead to the legacy being built, one message remains clear:

Black resilience is alive, thriving, and unstoppable.

Here’s to five years—and many more to come. ✨
