Breathe, Rise, and Meet the Sun: A Sunrise Hike & Mindfulness Gathering

There’s something magical about watching the world awaken with the first rays of sunlight. On Saturday, August 30, 2025, we invite you to join us for a special morning of reflection, movement, and connection during our Sunrise Hike and Mindfulness Gathering at Clear Creek Canyon Park – Big Easy Trailhead in Golden, CO.

This unique experience is more than just a hike—it’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Participants are encouraged to dress warmly, bring water, and carry a journal for personal reflection. Together, we’ll witness the sunrise, take in the stillness of the early morning, and share a mindful moment of gratitude and clarity.
